Ingredients


Makes: 8 servings
  • 1 recipe prepared Basic Pizza Dough
  • 1 C (250 ml) Marinara Sauce
  • 24 slices veggie pepperoni
  • 1 C (250 ml) frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) partly-skimmed mozzarella cheese

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C).
  • Roll out Pizza Dough and cut into 8 flat portions. Top half of each portion with Marinara Sauce, pepperoni, vegetables and mozzarella.
  • Fold over other half of each portion and form a seal around the outside, forming a half-moon shape. Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve.
